- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid for single entry only. Re-entry is not permitted.
- Tickets, including digital tickets, QR codes and barcodes, may only be used by the registered ticket holder and are non-transferable.
- Please retain your ticket at all times. Lost, damaged or misplaced tickets will not be replaced.

- Outside food and beverages, large bags, hazardous materials and other restricted items are not permitted within the event premises.
- Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. No liability is accepted for any loss, theft or damage.
- Parking and transportation arrangements are subject to availability. No responsibility is assumed for vehicles or belongings.
- Reasonable assistance will be provided to visitors requiring accessibility or special assistance, subject to venue facilities and operational requirements.
- The event may be postponed, rescheduled, relocated or modified due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. Any changes will be communicated through the appropriate event channels.
- In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions or public health emergencies, the event may be cancelled, postponed or modified.
- Professional photography, videography, audio recording and commercial or organised recording are prohibited unless permitted.
- By attending the event, visitors acknowledge that photography, filming and recording may take place at the venue for editorial, promotional, advertising and event-related purposes.
- Personal information collected in connection with ticketing and event participation will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and data protection requirements.
- Visitors are required to follow all health, safety and emergency instructions issued at the venue and follow directions from event and venue personnel during an emergency.
