The Platform provides information and content relating to India Design ID, including its events, exhibitions, programmes, speakers, exhibitors, designers, architects, partners and related activities.
These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) shall apply to all visitors and users who access or use the Platform. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, visitors and users shall be referred to individually as “You”, “Your” or “Yourself” and collectively as “Visitors”.
By visiting, accessing or using any part of the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and any other policies, notices or additional terms applicable to particular features, events or services made available on the Platform (“Policies”).

8. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of Your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without Our prior written consent. The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of business or assets or other corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
