We may also receive information from third-party service providers where You interact with such providers in connection with India Design ID, including ticketing, registration, event management, marketing, communications and other service providers. Further, We use third-party service providers, including Mailchimp, to support certain communications, newsletter, email marketing and related functionality made available through the Platform. Where You provide Personal Data through forms, subscriptions or other features integrated with the Platform, such Personal Data may be transmitted to, stored by or otherwise processed through Mailchimp on Our behalf.

How do We collect Personal Data: We may collect Personal Data: (a) directly from You when You provide it to Us through the Platform, including through registration forms, enquiry forms, subscription forms, applications or other communications; (b) automatically when You browse or interact with the Platform, including through Cookies and similar technologies; (c) from Service Providers and other third parties where You interact with them in connection with the Platform, events or services; and (d) from publicly available sources, where permitted by applicable law.

How We collect Non-Personal Data: We may collect aggregated, anonymised and other Non-Personal Data relating to Visitors and their use of the Platform. 17. GOVERNING LAW

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction in relation to matters arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy.
