A pioneer in collectible design, Gunjan Gupta is the creative director behind her namesake label and Studio Wrap, a luxury interior and furniture design studio. Known for her playful approach and blurring the boundaries between art and design, her works have been showcased at major design platforms like Design Miami, Sotheby’s London, Triennale Design Museum in Milan, as well as the Kochi Art and Venice Architecture Biennales. She is the only Indian designer to have her works institutionally collected by globally renowned museums like MAD Paris, the Museum of Decorative Arts, and the prestigious Vitra Design Museum. In September 2024, she was selected by the Michael Angelo Foundation to showcase her recent works at the Homo Faber. As a strong advocate for platforming Indian craft, she founded IKKIS, a contemporary homeware brand with a democratic vision for everyday objects created through equitable collaborations with craftspeople.
