Exploring the intersection of art, craftsmanship, material and function, STUDIO AURAWALA is presenting ‘Altered Matter’ at ID Mumbai 2026, a collection of sculptural lighting, furniture, and wall objects shaped through an intuitive dialogue between material and maker.

Working with copper, brass, aluminium, and other metals, the studio hammers, welds, and hand-finishes each piece, preserving texture, imperfection, and the visible traces of making. Through intuitive experimentation, raw materials transform into tactile, enduring objects that blur the boundaries between art and design.
