Inspired by the Indian mythological stories from the golden era, the artworks by Shanti Banaras are a feat in skilful embroidery by master craftsmen. To hold on to the essence of this centuries-old tapestry art, Shanti Banaras takes close to a month just to ideate the design. It is a meticulous process where over 150 combinations of colours through Resham silk are intertwined to create a single, exclusive piece. Each of their hand-embroidered artworks requires three artisans and almost five months of time to complete.
