OAC Rugs is a family business in which passion, innovation and tradition have been the driving force for over seventy years. In 1939 the Late Nazir Ahmed, a bright businessman from Bhadohi, decided to make his way into the export trade, specialising in the production of finest qualities in carpeting. From this experience,  Badaruddin Ansari and Mohd Naseem Ansari, in 2004, brought Kapoor Rug Gallery to Jaipur.

In 2016, Arfa Ansari stepped into his father’s tracks to guide the company towards a new season of success. In 2018 they decided to cater the Indian market. Under Mohd Naseem Ansari’s direction, Kapoor Rug Gallery revolutionised its image and vocation, growing into a name of Indian excellence in the world of carpets. Just like the latest creations paraded on runways around the world, their carpets are renewed every season.
