In July 2012, Ashish Goel and Rajiv Srivatsa founded Urban Ladder Home Decor Solutions, a design-led, omni-channel brand that offers end-to-end solutions for furniture and home decor. With over 2,000 products across 35 categories, it has established a strong onling presence (delivering to 73 cities across India) and grown to be one of India’s most loved consumer brands. In July 2017, the e-store opened its flagship experience center in Bengaluru.

Today it continues to raise the bar on design—most recently, it has collaborated with award-winning interior designer Ashiesh Shah to launch four premium collections. Additionally, the company also provides design consultation services as an extension to its product offering, and works with as well as fosters over 160 external design firms through its affiliate programme titled Urban Ladder Co-Lab.
