The Carpet Cellar is a New Delhi–based, family-run atelier specialising in hand-knotted carpets shaped by global textile traditions. With over five decades of expertise, the studio brings together antique preservation and contemporary interpretation, creating carpets grounded in authentic techniques, natural fibres, and material integrity. At India Design ID 2026, The Carpet Cellar will present The Reawakening Series and The Chronicles of the Knot collections, reflecting a dialogue between heritage craftsmanship, fine wool and silk, and enduring design sensibilities.
