Bangalore-based Sunitha Kondur is the co-founder and director of Hundredhands, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm. She co-founded the firm with Bijoy Ramachandran in 2003. She received her master’s degree from MIT in Boston and her bachelor’s degree from BMS College of Engineering. Kondur has previously served as a project manager at the Mass State College Building Authority and the notable Houses at Sagaponac Project in New York. In addition to shaping architectural landscapes, Kondur founded Source—a company for materials, product, and furniture sourcing. Her commitment to the revival and integration of Indian art and craft is woven into the fabric of the firm’s work. Beyond her creative endeavours, Sunitha is also the driving force and the co-founder of WIREnet World (Women in Real Estate Network), a professional network empowering women in design, real estate, and construction through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
