This contemporary workspace for Buy Me a Coffee by Artystry is unpretentious, organic, and warm. It is located on the third floor of Hilite Business Park and covers a total interior area of 200 square meters. From the entrance to the sundeck, the workspace is embellished with various indoor plants, not just to adorn but also to boost positivity, as the plants are inherently peaceful in contrast with the rush and dust of the city. The flooring and ceiling emanate a raw and rustic feeling of unpretentious, organic warmth. There is a common maxim that space often wears the occupant’s aesthetic and personality on its sleeve, and that is what we have set out to achieve.

Regarding this aphorism, the project is conceptualised minimally as a shared private workspace where everything is beyond boundaries. Custom furniture crafted from plywood and industrial mica lamination brings this thought to reality. With working spaces such as private, stand-alone desks and face-to-face workspaces, the motif has created its uniqueness in one way or another. The elevated seats and the ottoman cushions are designed to facilitate a more relaxed working posture, greatly inspired by European architecture.

The designer has opted for an open-plan concept than a fixed spatial plan, as it enables open ventilation and more sunlight. This open spatial arrangement allows an easy flow and supports the idea of a relaxed work mode. A fixed spatial plan has been executed for the CEO’s office, engineers’ rooms, and conference room. To maintain the transparency of the spaces, the designers used glass and aluminium fabrication for partitions. The CEO’s office and the pantry are designed to allow access to the sun deck from either room. Various facilities, such as a gaming spot, pantry, brainstorming zone, resting room with twin levelled beds, restrooms, sundeck, and a mobile library, enliven every inch of the interior.
