Yash Bhanage is the founder and COO of Hunger Inc. Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., overseeing operations and F&B programs for India’s beloved The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, Bombay Sweet Shop, enthucutlet.com, Veronica’s, and Papa’s. After receiving his degree in hospitality management from Cornell University, he trained and worked across the finest restaurants and bars in the US and Southeast Asia, travelling and exploring local cuisines. Passionate about the intersection of hospitality and technology, he is dedicated to the evolution of Indian experiential and urban culture.
