Shreya Soni is the founder and CEO of a marketing agency, The Ideas Lab, and a digital publication called The Lab Mag. With these, she brings over a decade of experience to the digital industry. Soni also runs a regional food platform called The Thali Tradition. The Ideas Lab creates marketing solutions for Fortune 500 companies, unicorns, and disruptive homegrown brands like Diageo, BMW, Moët Hennessy, Microsoft, AMD, Pernod Ricard, Google, Hyatt, and Unilever. Post her education at Delhi University and Warwick Business School, Soni worked at Ernst & Young London before commencing her entrepreneurial journey. Additionally, she is a TED speaker deeply interested in writing, boxing, and discovering new snacks!
