Ranjeet Oak currently serves as the Managing Director of Kohler South Asia. His prior experience spans CXO level roles across many categories and geographies, domestically and internationally. He specialises in setting up and scaling businesses by focusing on what matters to consumers and how best to service those needs. His roles across Bosch, P&G, MakeMyTrip, Pernod Ricard and Kohler have helped him become a leader who can drive value across all elements of an omnichannel business. He is an alumnus of IIM–Lucknow and an engineer from Pune University. Making sustainability a key focus at Kohler, Oak is committed to creating net zero emissions and increasing their water-saving impact within the next decade.
