She is a founding member and Director of Khoj International Artists’ Association—an autonomous, not for profit society committed to experimentation and exchange in the visual arts industry in India. Sood has worked actively to build a robust network of experimental spaces across south Asia resulting in the South Asian Network for the Arts ( SANA) and was Director General of the Jawahar Kala Kendra from November 2015 to February 2019. Apart from serving on several international juries, she was also Artistic Director and Curator of 48C. Public Art. Ecology and has been the Director of of ArThinkSouthAsia (ATSA) since 2009.
