Pavitra Rajaram is the founder and creative director of her eponymous multidisciplinary firm—an award-winning practice rooted in interior design, brand strategy, and product design. She has been the recipient of several awards, including the INTACH Urban Heritage Award and the EDIDA Award for Product Design. Currently, Rajaram is also the design director at Asian Paints, heading strategic initiatives and an upcoming luxury retail offering. Before this, she worked alongside luminaries like Sabyasachi Mukherjee for his home-decor collaboration, Nilaya from Asian Paints. She spent twenty-five years as the lead designer of the Indian lifestyle brand, Good Earth. Based in Mumbai, Rajaram is also the brand custodian of the Sarmaya Arts Foundation, a museum archive co-founded with her husband, Paul Abraham. She spends her free time indulging in her additional interests: books, textiles and gardens.
