José Lévy is a Parisian artist, multidisciplinary designer, and traveller who uses craft and whimsical poetry to navigate the intersections of fashion, decorative arts, design, and museum installations. José Lévy weaves links between his creations and their beneficiaries, providing singular and intimate objects. Lévy infuses his work with a unique sense of rigour and imagination. Recipient of the Villa Kujoyama, Grand Prix of the City of Paris, and Knight of Arts and Letters, Lévy collaborates with renowned brands, publishers, and galleries, such as Hermès, Perrotin, Carpenters Workshop Gallery, Cristalleries Saint-Louis, Diptyque, Astier de Villatte, and Manufacture de Sévres. He has participated in numerous shows worldwide, including Musée Guimet and Musée de la Chasse in Paris. He has also collaborated with the Petit Palais, Palais de Tokyo, and Villa Kujoyama in Kyoto.
