Divya Thakur is a multidisciplinary designer and the founder of the Mumbai-based luxury home accessories brand, Design Temple, and digital design museum, Museum of Design Excellence. Her practice spans across several mediums including product, scenography, graphic design, and curation for design, fashion, and film disciplines. Having collaborated with the Venice Biennale, V&A Museum, Millesgården Museum, Salone del Mobile, among others, Thakur shapes new narratives around Indian design heritage on the world stage. Characterized as seamless fusion of traditional Indian intelligence with contemporary global sensibilities, her projects have been featured in Vogue, Elle Decor, Wallpaper*, and The New York Times.
