Amrita Guha is a founding partner at Untitled Design, a multidisciplinary design practice established two decades ago. The firm collaborates with artisans to revive and reinterpret indigenous and dying craft forms, embedding cultural elements into every design. In 2022, Guha and Joya Nandurdikar launched Furgonomics, a product design brand combining global techniques with local materials, artists, and traditional crafts. After graduating from Vaastu Kala Academy in New Delhi and Rachna Sansad in Mumbai, Guha began her design journey in 2000. She has worked with established architects and product designers like Alex Davis and Jyoti Punj. Since co-founding Untitled Design, Guha has designed over five hundred residential spaces. Her nuanced and research-oriented approach has earned her and the firm numerous accolades, including AD 100 from 2016 to 2024, recognitions by IIID from 2008 to 2023, The D/List Award, Houzz Awards and many more. She has also been featured in leading design magazines, including Elle Decor, Architecture Digest, Architects and Interiors, amongst others.
