Paarkhi is a stone atelier shaped by patience, precision, and a deep reverence for material. Working with granite, marble, and semi-precious stone, the studio honours the inherent character of each block, carving forms that reveal strength, memory, and quiet permanence. At India Design ID 2026, Paarkhi will present AiDA (間)—a monolithic bench carved from a single block of Indian granite over 600 hours. Designed by ADND, the piece draws from the Zen concept of ma, creating a space of pause, stillness, and shared presence through sculptural simplicity.
