MINI

In 1957, Sir Alec Issigonis designed the classic MINI on a restaurant napkin, a revolutionary small car that offered the largest possible interior on the smallest possible footprint. He combined this concept with a powerful engine and chassis, resulting in the famous MINI “Go-Kart feeling”.

MINI designs open-minded products that adapt to the needs, wants and aspirations of their owners. Offering many details in the cars that are customisable by owners and a wide range of accessories, typical elements include racing stripes, mirror caps and side scuttles.

As urban populations grow, so does competition for living space. Urban planning is increasingly focused on people, their individual needs and their ideas. MINI LIVING – BUILT BY ALL considers the future inhabitants of urban housing as important and active co-designers of their own environment.
