Choksi’s Residence by Ahsan Ansari’s Clay Architecture & Interiors is a contemporary apartment conceptualised for a young couple with twins in the City of Dreams. A grey cement shell has been deliberately used to highlight the extensive art collection that the couple has curated from across the globe. A signature eclectic décor is defined by eccentric furnishings, bespoke accessories, and lighting fixtures from abroad.

Vibrant pops of colour in the fabrics, as well as themed bedrooms and bathrooms, work seamlessly with the artwork to enliven the space. Lighting fixtures from the United States seem to be the defining element of the interiors, offsetting a mix of bespoke and whimsically purchased furniture pieces. An airy sit-out frames spectacular views of the Mumbai skyline.
