Devyani Gupta and Nehit Vij of Intrigue Designs have fashioned an event hall/banquet space that breaks all the stereotypes associated with the venue for large conferences.

The project has taken two years to complete as each and every facet—construction , landscaping , services , functionality etc was thought about from a new perspective and required extensive research and experiments.

Not only were the landscape (seeds and saplings) sourced from all over India, but were strategically grown and multiplied as per the design intent and coverage area. A great concept which evolved over time was to grow the food internally, which is to be served at the events held at the place. In case of shortage it is then procured locally from nearby farms.

The hall was built with brick and mud plasters maintains a temperature of 18-24 degrees throughout the year. The triple storey height maintains an ambient temperature and look due to strategically placed greenwalls and glazings.
