Exhibiting luxurious furniture, lighting, furnishings, decor, collectibles and interior solutions, this is the nation’s pioneering platform for all things design. After twelve successful years of India Design ID, the 13th edition of the country’s most definitive design week returns to New Delhi. From 20-23 February 2025 at NSIC Grounds, ID 2025 will celebrate design ingenuity, innovation, community, and creativity.Â
With over 150+ luxury Indian and international brands at ID Exhibit, creative dignitaries from architecture and design sharing inspiring insights at ID Symposium, cutting-edge architectural designs celebrated at ID Honours, and innovative projects that push the envelope of art and creativity at ID Special Project, ID 2025 will be the year’s ultimate design destination.
ID Exhibit
The ID Exhibit includes five segments: Experience & Editions, Design, Art, ID Collectible, and Outdoor & Installations. Editions will present luxury product showcases and unique selections by home design brands. The Design segment will highlight the Indian Crafts Story through innovative product design and design ateliers/makers, highlighting materials, skill, and craftsmanship. Introduced in 2024, Art features some of the best Indian galleries and artists at the show. The ID Collectible segment will focus on contemporary collectible design and present high-quality, unique objects at the intersection of design, architecture, and art. Select designers and artists will display their outdoor installations at ID 2025, exploring materiality and working with sustainability themes.
ID Symposium
D Symposium is an interactive space where leading designers, architects, creative leaders and global thinkers engage in insightful panel discussions, conversations, and thought-provoking sessions, allowing audiences to seek inspiration from their extraordinary thinking and ideas. For ID Symposium 2025, our guestlist of honorary speakers includes Salma Samar Damluji (Earth Architecture Lab), Brian Yang (Bjarke Ingels Group), Kulapat Yantrasast (WHY Architecture), Shonan Purie Trehan (Labwerk), Nozer Wadia (Nozer Wadia Associates), and many more.
ID Honours
Debuted at India Design ID 2019, ID Honours is an endeavour to celebrate fifty cutting-edge, one-of-a-kind architectural projects and the designers behind them, which have been hand-picked by a stellar jury. Our unique format recognises designers who have consistently showcased noteworthy projects over the last few years, celebrating the community’s collective milestones.
ID Special Project
Bridging the gap between art and design, the ID Special Project segment is anchored in art, platforms an Indian gallery promoting phenomenal work, and expands the conversation into what connects art, architecture and design. This year, two special projects will be exhibited in this segment. The first is TRANSITION, which explores the Chair as a mirror of the creator’s mind in the post-pandemic era—a time defined by increased consciousness in innovation and experimental forms of expression. Here, the Chair becomes a canvas for exploring the boundaries of aesthetics, functionality, craftsmanship, and social responsibility in design. The exhibition prompts the viewer to reflect on the various internal and external influences that shape each piece. Collectively, this curated ensemble of 40 Chairs designed by 40 different individuals captures the essence of change and rejuvenation of ideologies.Â
Gourmet Experiences
India Design ID 2025 celebrates the intersection of culture and design through an exclusive Gourmet Experiences segment. Accentuated by sumptuous food and beverages, this experience will feature some of the city’s most popular restaurants, cafés, and bars, offering a wide variety of delectable cuisines, drinks, and merriment—interactive experiences that complement a slice of design.
With innovative projects that push the envelope of design and creativity, India Design ID 2025 will be the year’s ultimate design destination.
